Shipping Policy

At JusSpray, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will generally ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will generally ship the next business day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and carrier-observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. JusSpray is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
