90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Return your unused bottles within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked. You do not need to explain why you are returning them. Shipping charges are not refunded under this voluntary guarantee, except where required by law.

Email info@buyjusspray.com with your order number or proof of purchase for return instructions before sending the unused bottles back. These details help us locate your order; no explanation of dissatisfaction is required. The business contact address is not automatically a returns-processing address.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Its 90-day period, unused-bottle requirement and shipping exclusion do not restrict mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods or applicable cancellation rights. Where the law requires a shipping refund, that legal requirement applies.

UK distance-selling cancellation

For eligible UK distance purchases, notify us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods that you wish to cancel. If an order is delivered in parts, the applicable period generally runs from receipt of the last item. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Use email or another clear statement; you do not have to give a reason. You may use the optional cancellation text below, but it is not compulsory. Keep evidence of your notice and return.

A refund includes the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any upgrade above standard delivery need not be refunded. We refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee, within the applicable legal deadline—normally within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A hygiene exception only applies where the legal conditions for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are actually met and the seal has been broken; it does not remove rights for faulty goods.

Responsibility for direct return postage must be disclosed before purchase. If legally required pre-contract information was not supplied, additional rights may apply. Do not assume you must pay return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject non-conforming goods, followed by other repair, replacement or refund remedies as the law provides. Other jurisdictions' mandatory remedies also remain available.

Sale items retain applicable consumer rights. Our guarantee and any manufacturer's warranty are additional protections, not substitutes for your legal rights.
