Purchases and product information

Please review your selected products, quantity, currency, delivery address and total before paying. Prices displayed on this site are in US dollars (USD). A cart or payment attempt is not proof of a completed order. Keep your payment confirmation and order details.

Product information is for general skincare information, not medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the product label and stop use if irritation occurs. Individual experiences may differ.

Delivery, pricing and UK availability

Payments are completed through Shopify checkout. Available delivery destinations, shipping charges, taxes and applicable discounts are displayed there before you pay. Free shipping applies only when confirmed at checkout.

UK customers: contact us before ordering. We must confirm delivery availability, shipping cost, delivery timeframe, applicable VAT and any import charges before accepting a UK order. Do not enter a US address as a substitute for your UK address. This page does not mean UK online checkout is enabled.

Any applicable charges and the final amount payable must be disclosed before you place an order. Contact us if a charge or product description is unclear. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted order price without your agreement.

Optional subscriptions

One-time purchase is selected by default. Where available, you may instead select Subscribe & Save for 10% off the product price, delivered and billed every month. The selected packs and quantities renew monthly until canceled, with applicable shipping and taxes added. Review the recurring price and terms in Shopify checkout before agreeing. Choosing a one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription.

Contact info@buyjusspray.com to request cancellation or help with an existing subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for previous deliveries are considered separately under your applicable rights and our guarantee. Your mandatory cancellation rights are not restricted by these terms.

Returns and the money-back guarantee

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is in addition to, not a replacement for, your legal rights. Return unused bottles within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked. Shipping charges are excluded from this voluntary guarantee, except where a refund is required by law. Contact info@buyjusspray.com with your order details for return instructions.

California consumers

Nothing in these terms waives rights under applicable California consumer protection laws, including any applicable statutory warranties, refund remedies or privacy rights. See Privacy & Cookies for California privacy requests.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class actions.

UK consumers

For a UK consumer purchase, your mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain in place. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

You generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us that you wish to cancel a distance purchase, and a further 14 days to return them. Statutory exceptions can apply. See Returns & Guarantee for the procedure and refund timing.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory local law protections or access to courts where you have a legal right to bring a claim.

Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or copy protected content without permission. Product packaging, trademarks and other content remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update these terms prospectively. Changes do not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
